I feel this so deeply. I didn’t either not even at night time. Which is why these practices can be done with babies around, on or with you!

My pelvic floor is heavy I have some leaking can I do this?

Yes absolubtley! One of the biggest factors in pelvic floor health is your nervous system. There maybe some flows that I give you alternatives to! I am also sharing ALL of my online programmes with you here so you have access to online courses like the Mother Body Rest designed to support women with pelvic dysfunction and prolapse through breath and functional movement.

I am so nervous about moving my body after my birth is this safe?

One of the best bits about this container is that that it is so personal! And you guys are all early members which means I’m giving you so much more of my time and love!
