Motherhood is a huge shift, not just physically but emotional, mentally. Every aspect of the life you once had changes for ever.

This mini programme is filmed in short videos. Each one no longer than 5 minuets long. For the tired brain that can no longer concentrate for longer.

It isn’t a programme you have to stick to. For the mother with a baby that has no schedule or routine.

It is education and gentle movement that you can slip into your day alongside caring for your baby.

For those of you who are trying to adjust, who miss the movement that used to clear your head and help you feel free and clear of mind.

For mums who cannot leave their baby to just pop to the gym.

This is where we begin. Your strength will grow along side your baby. And we make plenty of time and space for the messiness, chaos and cuddles too!

Meet Chloe

Hi, I am Chloe, Mother of two little people who transformed me as a woman. I hold women as they transition from maiden to mother. With education rooted in biomechanics and wisdom of the medicene women who went before us. Weaving the scientific with deep knowing each woman holds if she can quiten the noise around her.

I work in person in Northumberland and online to create community for the mothers who know they want to do things differently. The mothers who want to move but no longer have the energy to run 5K let along 10K. Who want to move their bodies but don’t have the head space to create the weight training programme they once thrived on.

This is safe, this educational, this is the foundation. We can build later. I help you hold it all.
