Journaling
As day light decreases and we start to find ourselves indoors a little more, why not pick up a pen and some paper and write. Journaling can be a wonderful way to release emotions and feeling but it can also provide you with the opportunity to process events or simply your daily experiances. Journaling before bed can often create space in the mind so that sleep comes easily, or used as a tool to lighten your mood perhaps at lunch time or in the middle of the day. Below are your October Journaling prompts. Pick up some pretty pens and nice pad (or even an old Ikea pencil and a scrap of paper it really doesn’t matter) and enjoy the flow!

October can provide a great opportunity to reflect, acknowledge and let go of all that has proceeded so far this year. And so if you have some time to this month (perhaps at the beginning or end of your yoga session) Maybe you take the time to ask yourself;
What are the fruits of my harvest?
Or more simply what I have a achieved, received or am great full for this year?
Maybe there is an event or feeling that it is now time to let go of? If yes what?
