How often do you move before bed? Honestly gentle movement before bed is the best way to improve your sleep quality and help you get to sleep quicker. I used to rush to bed when William was a sleep and lie there awake panicking that I wasn’t alseep and he’d be awake soon! And I was so so so tired. It was so completely all consuming. This helps. With Beatrice once she hit 4 months and was awake a lot both night and day. I would head upstairs 15 minuets early to do a gentle sequence. Sometimes it was lying down breathing. Other times it involved more movement. Your baby could be 5 weeks, 5 month, 5 years or 15 years. If you take some time to move gently in soft light before your go to bed you will sleep better.
