How often do you find your jaw clenched and your shoulders somewhere up by your ears? Me to! And I do this work as my job. There is something about growing and raising small people that just sets your nervous system on edge. I always find some gentle movement of the upper body just helps to find gentleness. This then supports clarity in my mind. Try it. Simple but oh so effective
